The story should have rocked but it ultimately lacks any punch.
The whole civil war story has X-men parralells, what with the mutant registration thing. The art is passable, bland looking. The panels are flat and lifless, the characters are ugly and malformed.
The story has a few interesting ideas but they can’t lift it from being pointless exercise in cashing in. The script is also weak, far below the standards of the regular X-books. avoid unless you want to complete the set.
